Too many workers die at work. Interestingly deaths on the job in Oregon are going up. This despite the fact that logging and millwork jobs are going down. Nobody goes to work to die. If you have a chance to go to worker memorial day you should do it. Last year, Governor Brown spoke. It is a good way to remember those people who unfortunately lost their lives because of their jobs. Typically there are some survivors there and they appreciate your thoughts. The ceremony will be at noon in Salem at the Capital mall on Thursday April 28th. Unless my case in Ontario settles, I will be unable to make it.
